The overall experience was good, my only issue was having to come back a few times for the last bit of paperwork. I did get my vehicle around memorial day weekend so I get it was busy. Christian was cool and provided great service. Only thing id say is I wasn’t treated as a priority as he had other clients , get your money sales man I understand but I shouldn't haven’t to feel rushed. But overall a good experience, id recommend people to get a mazda, very reliable and smooth drive.

Knowing it would take a day or two, he arranged for a loaner vehicle. The service took more days than originally thought as parts had to be sent and Will assured me not to worry. A week later I received my car and it's running really well and all the issues seem to be resolved. I can't thank Will enough for his knowledgeable assistance. Kudos, Will!

I went to look at a 2019 used ford xlt Anthony helped me out and I have to say this dealer felt different from others it felt like they really care in giving there customers a good experience. Anthony was great not pushy at all unfortunately the truck was above my budget but the great customer service he gave me even though there was no sale was awesome. I work in the automotive service industry and this place was great. I have been there 3 times and they are as quick as can be, clear on their timing and ROs, suggested the additional work without being ridiculous, sent a clear video inspection that actually changed my mind on some filters, etc. I am not taking my wife's CX5 anywhere else.
Second lease experience at Mazda of Orange and I'm just as happy the second time around. LaVel treated me right from start to finish and I'm looking forward to working with him again on my next lease in a few years! Recommended.

Great experience I was in San Diego and they were in Orange County. They got everything ready and done for me real quick. I really appreciate the great customer service great experience.
The dealership was clean inside and outside. I didn’t feel welcomed or greeted because most of the staff were just standing around in conversation amongst themselves. Who I dealt with was nice and pleasant. The sales manager not so much. They did try to upsell stuff to me to make the deal work in their favor, I didn’t purchase any of it. Coming in with you own loan, I think they could’ve handle that a bit better. My salesman was probably the only reason I saw the deal through.

Be careful with the finance department, they overcharged me $262.26 on a loan amount, I fairly negotiated an out the door price of 35,950.00 with a substantial down payment of 24,950 on a nice CX-50 hybrid, leaving me with an amount of 10,000 to finance, or so I thought, when reviewing my contract I found that they had slipped in an extra $262.26 which over the course of the loan becomes an extra $500! They also overcharged my payment amount $237.68 not $237.17 as it should me, once again an $25 or more over the term of the loan. Am I the only one they pull these stunts with? ... Just bought a Cx-50 Premium today. Pedro Robles is an excellent salesman that will not pressure you or give you the ring around during the negotiation stage.
